Hi Siddharth,
FMS, Delhi ranks far better than most B-Schools in the country and has been consistently ranked amongst the top 5 B-Schools. The cut-off for general category is around 98.6%, but I would suggest that you try to score in excess of 99.8% to enhance your chances of getting an admission.

First of all, understand PGDM is equivalent to MBA.
In PGDM you will come to know more details about the different field.
Case study, seminars, industrial visit, practical knowledge, projects, guest speaker and many more in details and also along with the different professional courses like digital marketing, six sigma, advance excel, SAP etc.
Also some college visit for international tour for one month to London, Canada etc.

First of all, prepare for CAT exam. Improve your English skills. Qualify CAT exam with good percentile. Then only you can get admission in IIM's. MBA will help you in better way if you do it from IIM.

To be very honest, placement doesn't depend on the college, but your own skills, work experience and grades as well. ILEAD would not hesitate from providing you the best possible opportunities. Be it whichever college, you would need to hone your own skills in order to get the best possible job. Have a look at the website for recruiter's list, if you want. Good Luck.

It is very tough to get admission in SIES with this percentile. I would suggest that please appear in entrance exam like MAT, ATMA, CET, XAT to get more good Marks.
Since, SIES doesn't give weightage to entrance score just perform very well in GD PI for securing your seats. You have to be damn good.
All the best.
