There is no need of German language. You have to give GMAT or GRE exam in addition to IELTS or TOEFL.

Campus placements are mainly based on percentage scored in the current course. School result will not be counted. Also, it depends on the college as what %age placements are provided. Speak to college authorities about this. I would suggest you still appear for the campus placements - might get lucky if selected.

Above 45 TANCET scores (BC), you can directly apply through "TSM quota" for 60 MBA seats in TSM.
The selection is basically profile based and not cut-off based selection. Selection is based on the admission test score, previous academic records, work experience if any and performance in WAT (Written Ability Test)-GD-PI. Work experience is not mandatory.
Through "Anna University counseling" procedure, you need a higher score of above '50', as TANCET cutoff depends upon many factors such as the number of seats, the number of candidates appeared in TANCET, the level of difficulty of the exam and the reservation criteria.

No, try for other better colleges as you are already earning 5 lacs so try to get admission in college which has an average 8 LPA or more than that.
Otherwise, in case of distance MBA if in the company you're working says that if you get an MBA degree then you will be promoted or the increase of pay scale then go for distance MBA, otherwise, it's better that you should go for regular MBA from a very good college.
BIMM is also good but you know if you get a better-ranked college then BIMM then it's good for your package. Otherwise, BIMM is also a good option.

Hi Deepak,
Typically MBA abroad programs require work experience and GMAT/GRE scores. Every university has different criteria so it is better if you can specify a particular university or if you haven't decided you must check university websites for details.

All MBA specializations are equally good for boys and girls. There is no gender advantage or disadvantage while choosing your MBA specialization. You must choose your MBA based on your educational background, personality traits, interests etc. If you want to go with market trends, then Marketing and Finance are two very good options based on number of job availabilities and career growth opportunities.
