Good evening.
Firstly, you will have to appear for Entrance exams like MAT/CMAT/XAT/CAT or any such other whichever is applicable.
Thereafter, look for the institute according the the grades you get in the exam.
Finally, the respective colleges also have their admission procedure like Group Discussion round and Personal Interview round. Some institutes may have written round as well.
Based on that you would be getting admission.
Thank you and all the best.

You will get good offers if you pursue PGDBA also but MBA has more scope and placements. In Symbiosis, MBA candidates are mostly preferred by companies. Also, PGDBA is an diploma course and MBA is a degree course.

Target answering all the questions correctly and leave only those of which you do not know anything about. Always first answer the questions about which you know you are right. Then evaluate as to how much risk you can take by answering the ones in which you have a doubt and keeping in mind the negative marks of such answers if they go wrong.

For any group discussion exercise / test you need to display confidence, communicative ability and more importantly you leadership quality. For this, either take the lead right at the beginning as the discussion begins or wait patiently for your turn, speak very much to-the-point only, be specific, quote the other participant replies to all little extent so that it becomes clear that you have a capacity of listening also. Even after you have spoken in your turn, keep your focus on what others say. You might get to comment in the end. Your body language during the group discussion should be positive. It should not be dull.

When you talk of Executive MBA you generally find candidates sponsored from their own organisations or the ones who are in a position to take a break and do this MBA course. With Executive MBA course, the chances of getting promoted in your earlier / existing organisation is good but getting another job soon after it is not a surety at least at a higher level of hierarchy and salary.

Find out your weak areas ie. the subjects / topic, etc. in which you could not score or were confused while answering. Focus on them while preparing now. Evaluate your speed of answering the questions. Work on it through mock exercises. Enhance your logical reasoning power. Spend some time studying in groups and taking part in discussion and asking each other relevant questions. Increase your study time.

Dear,
With this percentage in graduation, you won't get best B-School of India. So, according to me, you should upgrade your percentage in Master degree and than try for Top B-School.
And you should appear for CAT, MAT, NMAT, XAT or GMAT and then try for B-School selection process.
All the best.
