Hi Raushan,
It will help you within the current organization in India but if you want to apply for a fresh job abroad it will certainly not be of much use. Ask yourself why would a organization hire you over the applicants with full-time degree and from good universities.

BIBS is well known for the placement package their average package is said to be of Rs. 4.5lacs.
And with that being the average package, it can be said that the college placement committee is doing really well, if compared with other competitors.

In my opinion, don't run after salary packages that you will get if you select a reputed organization. As per the salary structure, you will be paid reasonable salary packages, but what you need to focus is the profile that you select at the time of getting the job offer so in my opinion work profile is more important than the salary packages in your initial career.
