BIBS is well known for the placement package their average package is said to be of Rs. 4.5lacs.
And with that being the average package, it can be said that the college placement committee is doing really well, if compared with other competitors.

In my opinion, don't run after salary packages that you will get if you select a reputed organization. As per the salary structure, you will be paid reasonable salary packages, but what you need to focus is the profile that you select at the time of getting the job offer so in my opinion work profile is more important than the salary packages in your initial career.

Hi,
It is mandatory for PSUs to give entrance exams, however, there are certain posts in PSUs in Marketing, HR, Finance departments In which you may not need to give entrance exam and the banks either recruit by visiting MBA Colleges or by putting up advertisement in newspaper or both.
Private Sector banks recruit by visiting the campus and you can also apply it there is a vacancy. Generally, Private sector bank don't conduct entrance exams
