Hi Shivangi,
PGDM will be a better choice because the curriculum is revised updated as per Industry requirements. MBA from a university may not be that rigourous as far as industry interface is required. However there are exceptions like MBA from Delhi University etc. If PGDM of any college is accredited by Association of India University ( AIU), it gets an equivalence to degree and you can pursue PhD too.
Cheers.

You are not eligible for MBA Entrance Examinations as CAT or MAT etc. However, you are eligible to appear for XAT and the seek admission in BSchools which accept XAT score. You may also try at some Private Universities which are not stringent in their admission process.

To answer your question you would have to give some more details about what would you like to do in particular.
Just to give you a heads up you could continue with your teaching. If you are having a hard time finding a teaching job, start with online tutoring by registering on online websites, meanwhile try to understand what would you like to do.

Hi,
Yes, it will help you for a better career because BBA is not a Master's degree. It is only a Bachelor's degree. You have work experience as well, so MBA will be profitable for you for your bright future.
