MBA is a university based course thus it has more value in terms of certificate and getting a post graduate certificate. Whereas PGDM is a diploma course and the value of certificate is based on the college where we persuade our studies. So both has its own merits and demerits. But MBA has more scope in Government as well as private job placements and career excellence.
