MBA IT graduates have job opportunities in IT or ITES companies only in the area of pre sales support, Business Development, Account Management and Business Analysis. HR specialists are required by all type of industries, therefore, MBA HR has wider scope in comparison to MBA IT graduates.

Yes a bit because canada has wider market than australia. moreover working population in canada is lesser than australia. saying this I do not mean that australia is complete no. in case you have relatives in australia, they may recommend and it may work in australia too, just that a lil difficult.

Sure, he can. 12th standard is the basic eligibility for many government jobs, for example Cashier / Clerical positions with various government department, Assistant of State Bank and Associates Banks , Soldier - General of Indian Army etc.He need to clear various PSc /UPSC, bank tests to get these jobs.
He can go for MBA at any time after pursuing graduation any stream

Minimum eligibility requirements for MBA is : - Graduation in any discipline with 50 % marks for general category and 45 % for reserved category.So you can choose any subject of your choice to do your degree. All the best.

Abhishek, there are many universities that provide education loan assistance to students. Some universities like Lovely Professional University, Sharda etc also offer scholarships to students subject to fulfillment of eligibility criteria.
As for the package it depends on the company that is recruiting you and your performance in the interview. But then most universities these days provide placement assistance too to their students.
Check their websites for more details.
