Hello, PGDM has a better scope wwhen compared to MBA. Both the courses are internationally accredited for placements. In PGDM you will have lots of hands-on experiences and you will join few days before the MBA students. In accordance to placements both MBA and PGDM are similar and they are equally eligible.

It is good for you. But if you are applying for any job on the basis of IGNOU MBA, then you are just taking a chance. There will be a bit less value of MBA pursuing in IGNOU. If you really want to build your career in OM, then you should go for PGDM in OM. And search the college accordingly and go on.

It depends on your capabilities and prior work ex. If you happen to have worked earlier then it is very likely to get a job easily and also if you have technical skills then you will be a valuable asset to the company.
