Yes, you are eligible for an MBBS at 20 years old it's a common age to start, provided you've passed 12th grade with Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB) and cleared NEET UG exam as minimum age is 17 and there's no upper age limit in India anymore.
You just need to meet minimum score in PCB (50% for general, 40% for reserved) and clear NEET.

The eligibility criteria specify the minimal requirements that applicants to the MBBS programme must meet in order to be admitted. Therefore, in order to be eligible, a candidate needs to have passed English and Science (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) in a recognised board or university at the Class 12 level or above.
