I don't know that in 391 score MBBS admission is available but for me I would say that never give up maybe your other effort make you successful. 

The eligibility criteria for MBBS at Sri Aurobindo Institute of Medical Science :- The student must qualify in NEET for admission in MBBS – NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) conducted for granting admission for UG seats at Sri Aurobindo Medical College. You must complete Class XII with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. The minimum eligibility to apply for MBBS is 10+2 examination or equivalent from a recognised board. 

BLDE University MBBS Eligibility Criteria

10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biochemistry along with English language as one main subject.

50% total marks in intermediary studies and 40% for SC/ST and any other backward category.

The eligibility criteria for MBBS at christian Medical College and Hospital Ludhiana is Candidates must have 10+2 in Physics, Chemistry and Biology from any recognised board with a minimum of 50% marks (50% for the Physically Disabled and 45% for SC/ST/OBC).

They have to also qualify National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test - UG to apply in the institute.

Eligibility criteria for MBBS in Pt. Bhagwat Dayal Sharma Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Rohtak

Age: The candidate must be above 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of the admission year.
Educational Qualification: The candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as compulsory subjects.
Minimum Marks: Minimum aggregate is 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology for general candidates. For SC/ST/OBC candidates, 40% aggregate marks.
Entrance Test: It is through the NEET UG (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test).

Candidates who have passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology with at least 50% aggregate (40% aggregate for SC/ ST) can apply for the SVSU MBBS course. For Eligibility at MBBS in Mahatma Gandhi University of Medical Sciences and Technology Candidates must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as compulsory subjects with a minimum of 50% marks. For candidates belonging to reserved categories, the minimum is 40%. They also need to qualify for NEET UG and should be at least 17 years old by December 31 of the year in which they are to join, should have a valid CBSE or State Board Class XII scorecard; and, on that scorecard, must obtain a minimum of 50% in the qualifying examination.
