The selection criteria for the MBBS course is based on the following:
- NEET (UG) Score: The primary selection criteria is the score obtained in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) (UG).
- Merit Rank: Candidates are ranked based on their NEET (UG) score.
- Counseling Process: The final selection is done through a counseling process conducted by the Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot, Punjab.

To be eligible for the JIPMER MBBS course, candidates must fulfil the prescribed eligibility criteria. Aspirants who have passed Class 12 or equivalent examination with at least 50% aggregate are eligible to apply. The students must hold the relevant documents at the time of form filling or admissions (original/copies). These documents are required by the authorities for verification purposes.

1. Education: 12th pass with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English. At least 50% marks (40% for reserved categories).
2. Age: At least 17 years old.

I don't know that in 391 score MBBS admission is available but for me I would say that never give up maybe your other effort make you successful.

The eligibility criteria for MBBS at Sri Aurobindo Institute of Medical Science :- The student must qualify in NEET for admission in MBBS – NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) conducted for granting admission for UG seats at Sri Aurobindo Medical College. You must complete Class XII with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. The minimum eligibility to apply for MBBS is 10+2 examination or equivalent from a recognised board.

To be eligible for admission to the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) programme at Seth Gordhandas Sunderdas Medical College and KEM Hospital, you must meet the following criteria:
Pass 12th with a minimum of 50% in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English
For PwBD candidates, the minimum marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology is 40%
Candidates who passed 12th from Open School or as private candidates are not eligible to appear for the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET)
The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra State conducts counseling for MBBS NEETUG at Seth Gordhand

The eligibility criteria for MBBS at christian Medical College and Hospital Ludhiana is Candidates must have 10+2 in Physics, Chemistry and Biology from any recognised board with a minimum of 50% marks (50% for the Physically Disabled and 45% for SC/ST/OBC).
They have to also qualify National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test - UG to apply in the institute.

To be eligible for MBBS at the Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC) in Pune, you must meet the following criteria:
Nationality: You must be an Indian
Educational qualification: You must pass 12th or equivalent with at least 60% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English
