Admission to MBBS is done through the NEET UG exam. For the general category, the application fee is INR 1,500, however, for OBC and SC/ST categories, the fee is INR 1,400 and INR 800, respectively.

The annual course fee for MBBS in a government medical college of Odisha is around INR 40,000. According to OJEE, the authority for Odisha NEET counselling, fees to be deposited to government medical/dental colleges is INR 37,950 per annum. Additional fees as prescribed by concerned Govt. Colleges may be collected at institutional level which may vary from institution to institution. On the other hand, annual MBBS fees for private medical colleges ranges from INR 5.5 Lacs to INR 6.5 lakh. OJEE also states, "NRI candidates have to pay four times of the above fees in private colleges."

The fee for MBBS at Government Medical College, Aurangabad is INR 4.85 Lakhs. This is the total course fee for the MBBS course at the college. However, it is important to note that admission to Government Medical College Aurangabad is based on the NEET entrance exam, and there may be additional fees such as an application fee and entrance test fee for NEET-UG and NEET-PG.
