Studying in Ukraine is cheaper, it's 60 to 70% cheaper because of subsidized rates. Admissions are easier as well. But, studying is not easy. You must study hard and pass the exams. The first year is supposedly very tough. MBBS programme duration is also longer than in India. After studying from Ukraine you are eligible to take International Licensing Exams such as MCI, USMLE, etc. If you want to come back to India and practice you must check that the institute is approved by MCI otherwise you won't be eligible to sit for MCI exam. Just check with a genuine consultancy who provides Ukraine MBBS counselling services.

MBBS in Australia is higher. While the tuition fees for the medical degree in Australia remains considerable and vary moderately with every Australian university, the cost of living in this dream country counts to a minimum of INR. 15,000 a year.

There are many Government Medical Universities in and around Europe offering excellent education at affordable cost. The admission for these has already started.

Annual MBBS fee in DY Patil medical college Pune, Pimpri is INR. 22 Lacs/Year for Indian Students.
And for NRI Category its 50,000 US Dollars.
Every year 3 Percent of the fees will increase.
