Opening and Closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For general category under All India, closing rank was 10349 in 2024. Cut off are different when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. Admission to Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in Uttar Pradesh University of Medical Sciences is based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam NEET. Applicants are advised to confirm what category are they applying while checking for cut offs.

Kerala's rank will be 17% approximately of the all-India rank. So your all-India rank is 20000 so the Kerala rank might be something around 3000.

Sorry to say that but to get government medical college, you have to rank within 10 thousand, then you can be eligible for MBBS in a government college.

ENT, dermatology, orthopedics, ophthalmology, and pediatrics can be good options to opt for in MBBS at government colleges. Do look at the various cutoff percentile of each colleges for a clear report.

The cutoff for MBBS at Maharishi Markandeshwar University is as follows.
For the year 2020 ,the cutoff rank is 162181.
For the year 2021, the cutoff rank is 222350.
For the year 2022, the cutoff rank is 253028.
