Opening and Closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For general category under All India, opening rank was 6650 and closing rank was 14401. Cut off are different when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. Admission to MBBS - Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery in Dr Yashwant Singh Parmar Government Medical College Nahan cutoff is based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam NEET. Applicants are advised to confirm what category are they applying while checking for cut offs.

Kerala's rank will be 17% approximately of the all-India rank. So your all-India rank is 20000 so the Kerala rank might be something around 3000.

Sorry to say that but to get government medical college, you have to rank within 10 thousand, then you can be eligible for MBBS in a government college.
