Yes, you can do MBBS abroad. From year 2017 Medical Council of India (MCI) has stopped issuing Eligibility Certificates to candidates who are taking MBBS admission abroad on the basis of National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) Certificates and Mark sheets and even State Open Schools. This means Foreign Medical Graduate degree of these students will not be valid in India and hence they can not appear for MCI Screening Test, which is mandatory to clear to be eligible to practice in India. Usually, the minimum eligibility for the course is 10+2 with subjects with a minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. English is also a mandatory subject for eligibility in many of the universities and colleges. However, AIIMS requires an aggregate of 60% for the general category candidates and 50% for SC/ST candidates. Also, along with these prerequisites, certain universities like Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi limits the age of the candidates ranging between 17 and 25. For MBBS seats, you have to secure minimum 360 mark (private), for government college mark is varies state wise, so at least you have to score 480-500 mark (general candidate), for other cast 420 marks.

MBBS fee in private colleges capped at Rs. 6.8 lakh per year. The maximum annual fee for a first-year Indian student of an undergraduate MBBS course in a private medical college in Karnataka cannot exceed Rs. 6.8 Lacs year. For a dental course, it's capped at Rs. 4.6 Lacs.
