As I see your marks in NEET UG 2018, you have very less chances of get Seat in Deemed or Private Universities Colleges. Cutoff for this year for getting any private or deemed Colleges, you have to score around 450 under AIQ & 430 under state quota for Open Category. You have even less chances to get any seat, if you belong to any category under your state. You can try for paid management seat in top Deemed Universities. FOR MORE DETAILS YOU CAN CONTACT ME.

Yes, There are many medical college in Nepal, but getting admission in other country is also not that easy. There are only 10 medical college in Nepal, so number of seats are also very low. Getting a top medical colleges will be your dream, if you have decided not to do you MBBS course from India. So, getting a top colleges in list of 10 is also a very difficult task.
