Hi Alka,
MBBS Eligibility
The basic eligibility for admission in any of the Medical Colleges is 10+2 with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology along with English. However, this is not the only criteria for admission; the students have to take an entrance exam in order to prove themselves fit for the admission in any of the medical colleges. The major entrance exams are AIIMS Entrance Exam and NEET Exam. All the best.

First, decide in which universities you want to apply in then check their official website. Check their requirements.
For getting admission in the USA, you will need:
1) SAT and TOEFL exam scores
2) High school transcript
3) Teacher's recommendation
4) Counsellor recommendation
5) Extra-curricular activities.

Following MBBS, the options that you've got are:
1: Go for post-graduation. Get inducted in a government hospital, complete your training and become a consultant.
2: Apply for a post graduate spot in a private hospitals post-graduation program, complete your training and become a consultant.
3: Go for a teaching post at a medical school.
4: Get a job as a doctor at private companies. They pay well and have minimal work load but you won't really get much success in the long run.
With all those options, I would say MBBS has a pretty good scope.

As I see, your marks in NEET UG 2018 you have very less chances of get Seat in Deemed or Private Universities Colleges. Cutoff for this year for getting any private or deemed Colleges, you have to score around 450 under AIQ & 430 under state quota for Open Category. You have even less chances to get any seat, if you belong to any category under your state. You can try for paid management seat in top deemed universities.
