There are national level exams like AIIMS and NEET. Through AIIMS exam you can get into AIIMS and through NEET you can get a government medical college all over India. NEET exam is of 720 marks where the cutoff for general category stays near about 550 or more.

There is a huge no. of such colleges, but for this, you need to pay a huge amount. So, if in your family, there is no issue of funds then go ahead, otherwise, it is tough to get admission via management quota.
