With 665 NEET 2024 marks, you will have an excellent chance at top government MBBS colleges such as Maulana Azad Medical College (Delhi), VMMC & Safdarjung Hospital (Delhi), and Grant Medical College (Mumbai) under All India Quota. Your domicile state plays a vital role in the options that will be available for the state quotas, so being from Tamil Nadu, Kerala, or Maharashtra will bode well for this kind of score.

Yes, that is the score of 599 in NEET UG that may be good enough to get admission into the medical college of Chandigarh, GMCH, for the general category. Last year, the cut-off for general category students from Chandigarh was around 599 marks.
The minimum marks required for MBBS admission in 2024-2025 are 720 for the General category. A score of 600+ is considered good for NEET, but in order to get admission in one of the top 10 colleges, you will have to score above 700.

With a score of 416 in NEET 2024 under the OBC category, the chances to get a seat in government MBBS college in Assam are very slim. The expected cutoffs for OBC candidates are around 161-129 marks. The last ranks at which admission was granted in the preceding years show that scores this low are usually not preferred. For example, the cutoff rank for some government colleges has been much higher than 416. Consider other options or private colleges if you are not selected based on this cutoff.

With a 505 marks score in NEET and SC category, you have a good chance of securing an MBBS seat in a government medical college (especially under State Quota) or in some private medical colleges. Your exact prospects depend on the specific cutoff trends in the year you apply and the state you belong to. It's important to follow the NEET counseling process closely and consider both state and AIQ counseling to maximize your chances.
