No, students are not allowed to change colleges after completing the first year of MBBS due to the new Graduate Medical Education Regulations-2023. These regulations state that students cannot migrate to any other medical institution.

The previous rule allowed students to migrate if they were physically challenged, had a serious illness, or their parents were transferred to a distant town.

Expected cutoff for 2024 MBBS Admission into Government Medical College, Kozhikode under All India Quota (AIQ): General:Closing Rank: 3471 (approx score 666) Closing Rank for ST: About 552, approximately score of 403. Closing Rank for SC: 70379 (about score 542).

The actual cut-off would be determined on the number of candidates appearing for the examination overall and the outcomes in NEET during that particular year. These figures are just past trend numbers and the earliest predictions for the year 2024.
