Hi, it can be observed that the fee structure for government MBBS colleges in Andhra Pradesh is quite affordable as the average fee ie below INR 2 lakh.

Hi, it can be observed that an equal number of MBBS colleges offer very low fees i.e. below 1 Lacs and the other half hve average fees of over INR 5 lakh.

There are around 40 best MBBS colleges in Andhra Pradesh of which 3 colleges are owned privately and rest 2 colleges are owned by the government. Hi, most of the MBBS colleges in Bihar accept admission only on the basis of NEET and Bihar NEET, therefore it would be quite difficult for you to pursue MBBS in Bihar on merit basis.
