Yes, Baba Farid University of Health Science does offer seat reservation for the MBBS course. The reservation of seats shall be as per the policy of the Government of Punjab. Moreover, the number of seats may be increased or decreased by the university and final category-wise seats will be calculated and displayed at the time of venue counselling.

Baba Farid University of Health Sciences is affiliated with four medical colleges, and the total number of seats offered is around 500. From that, two of the affiliated colleges offer the highest number of seats in the MBBS course. Check out the name of the affiliated college with the number of offered seats in the table below:

To gain admission to the MBBS programme at Shri Ram Murti Smarak Institute of Medical Sciences (SRMS IMS), you need to qualify in the NEET-UG exam and participate in the UP NEET counseling conducted by the Directorate General of Medical Education (DGME) . You will need to register for counseling on the official UP NEET website, participate in choice filling and locking, and attend document verification if a seat is allotted.

To get an idea about the expected NEET UG cutoff at BFUHS for 2025, candidates must check the cutoff of the previous year and how competitive it gets. Check out the NEET UG closing rank 4 cutoffs in the past three prior years; refer to the below table:

The Kalinga Institute of Medical Sciences, Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology, select MBBS students based on their NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) scores.
