Taught in the English language, the MBBS programme at Tashkent Medical University is a 6-year course with 5 years of academic study and practical training. This is then followed by a 1-year compulsory internship at this university. 

The MBBS curriculum consists of theoretical classes, laboratory practicals, and clinical rotations in affiliated hospitals to ensure comprehensive medical education.

As an international student, many eligibility requirements are required to be met, including a minimum of 50% in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, a minimum age threshold of 17 years, and more. Mentioned below are the requirements for the same:

Please note that this fee does not include accommodation and living expenses. For the hostel, the students might have to pay anywhere between USD 400 to 500 a year at Tashkent Medical Academy.

There are a total of 150 seats available at AMU for the MBBS course. Candidates who wish to take admission into the MBBS course offered by AMU need to appear for the NEET entrance exam. The seat allotment of the available seats for MBBS course at AMU is done during the counseling rounds of AMU, provided candidates lock AMU for their choice of university.  

The minimum marks required to get MBBS admissions in Jamia Hamdard in the NEET entrance exams are unknown. Based on the 2023 seat allotment, the closing rank for General category candidates in Round 1 was 56,658, while the last round closing rank reached 59,571. Only students with a NEET score within this range are eligible to participate in Jamia Hamdard's MBBS admissions under the All India Quota.
