The range of 436 to 500 is a safe score in NEET for SC category candidates to get admission.
However cutoffs may vary.

HBT Medical College And Dr RN Cooper Municipal General Hospital will release 4-5 rounds of NEET cutoffs for admission to medical courses. The cutoffs will be released on a rolling basis, and the seats will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The cutoffs will be based on the following factors:

Simply join the courses that lets you handle the patient in emergency conditions.
As I know little bit about it not
so much.
But I know some BAMS doctor who do it well.
So I suggest.
That join the DEMS ( Diploma in emergency medical services) after you have done BAMS well.
Hope it will solve your problem.
