Radiology has less direct patient interaction and there is less fame in general public. Even if you are a very good radiologist, you can only be famous among doctors. You should also consider this point. General medicine and general surgery are no more considered as self-sufficient and super specialisation is a must. Choose only if you want to go for super specialisation. Almost all branches of super specialisation are good in terms of work satisfaction and money. In fact, sky is

As I see your marks in NEET UG 2018 you have very less chances of getting a seat in deemed or private universities/colleges. For getting any private or deemed colleges you have to score around 450 under AIQ & 430 under state quota for open category. You have even less chances to get any seat if you belong to any category under your state. You can try for paid management seat in top deemed universities.

Why would you like to do MBBS after completing biomedical engineering?Just go with some Masters degree and get placed well. Doing MBBS after engineering is a waste of time. Either you have to go with biomedical engineering or MBBS. If you have a lot of time and wish to study both. You can get as many degrees you can.

As you have score low in the NEET 2018. You cannot get government colleges. You should take a drop only if you are confident to crack it in next year otherwise you should not waste your one precious year. You can also try for some best courses rather than going in MBBS.

Probably, it is possible but we can't say anything without counselling. MS Ramaiah Medical College for MBBS is a very good college of Bangalore and I don't think your friend can get admission in this college because his NEET marks are not so good to get admission in this college.

You should go for MBA in Hospital administration. You need to qualify any entrance test (such as CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ NMAT/ CMAT/ GMAT/ NEST accepted by various colleges and you should also have minimum of 50% to 60% in your Bachelors (any stream) for admission in the same. Admission in MBA is done through an entrance exam followed by interview and GD. Fee ranges from 2 lacs to 20 lacs for 2 years. For Hospital and Healthcare the best colleges are:

Hey,
Based on marks, I can tell you that for external students the cutoff was more than 600 and For internal students the cutoff might varied around 555-560.This was the trend last year.
Best of Luck.
