The decision lies not only in your interest, but also the process of selection. The exams, studies procedure to pursue these are very different. You having a Science background isn't enough to decide out of this courses.

The basic eligibility for admission in any of the Medical Colleges is 10+2 with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology along with English. However, this is not the only criteria for admission; the students have to take an entrance exam in order to prove themselves fit for the admission in any of the medical colleges. The major entrance exams are AIIMS Entrance Exam and NEET Exam. All the best.

First, decide in which universities you want to apply in then check their official website. Check their requirements.
For getting admission in the USA, you will need:
1) SAT and TOEFL exam scores
2) High school transcript
3) Teacher's recommendation
4) Counsellor recommendation
5) Extra-curricular activities.

No, you need to qualify NEET exam for taking admission in MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BAMS or BUMS courses (medical courses) in India as its mandatory now.
