While it is very tough to find universities that offer MBBS studies for free, students can look at German public universities that are known to offer tuition-free medical education to students.
However, students must still have to pay other expenses like semester fees, & living expenses.
Some popular institutes known for offering tuition free medical education includes: RWTH Aachen & Technical University of Munich.

The first year tuition fee of an MBBS course at Ural State Medical University is around INR 3.15 L, while the annual fee for the following five years is around INR 3 L.
This takes the overall course fee for a duration of six years to INR 18.2 L.
Students must also account for the annual costs of living in the region, which varies depending on the kind of accommodation, a student pursues.
