Yes, a degree from the Northern State Medical University is deemed valid in India. The NSMU Russia MBBS is recognised by the National Medical Commission of India, also known as the Medical Council of India, earlier.
This means that Indian students to have pursued their higher studies from the institute are free to practice in India, upon successful graduation, provided they clear the FMGE exam upon their return.
