105 marks in NEET is a very low score to get even a private college and that too with EWS catagory. Your marks are much lower than the cutoffs of private institutes in Karnataka. However, there might be a slim chance in the final rounds of counseling or for a very low-ranked private institution but that is almost impossible. You are suggested to reappear for the exam and get a good score so that you can get admission in a good college.

The previous year shows that medical students need 450-500 marks to enter government colleges while private colleges accept 380-420. Your test results qualify you for private medical college admission where the total tuition expenses span between INR 5,00,000 and INR 20,00,000 per year.
