105 marks in NEET is a very low score to get even a private college and that too with EWS catagory. Your marks are much lower than the cutoffs of private institutes in Karnataka. However, there might be a slim chance in the final rounds of counseling or for a very low-ranked private institution but that is almost impossible. You are suggested to reappear for the exam and get a good score so that you can get admission in a good college.

A score of 430 in NEET 2024 gives you standard chances for MBBS seat admission. The previous year shows that medical students need 450-500 marks to enter government colleges while private colleges accept 380-420. Your test results qualify you for private medical college admission where the total tuition expenses span between INR 5,00,000 and INR 20,00,000 per year.

It is difficult to say for sure whether you will get admission to an MBBS college in Karnataka with the OBC category and 425 marks in NEET 2023. The cut-off marks for MBBS colleges in Karnataka vary every year, depending on a number of factors, such as the difficulty level of the exam, the number of students who appeared for the exam, and the number of seats available.
