There's nothing called direct application, you have to go through NEET councelling procedure in NTA. NEET. Nic. In then and only then you'll get an MBBS seat either it may be a government or Deemed colleges. You may try college prediction by Shiksha to know more about the colleges you can get.

It all depends on your rank. If you are unreserved, it may be difficult to get into government medical and dental colleges. State also depends. You may get admission in private colleges.

No. The admissions are only based on NEET score. First of all, you need to have passed NEET UG entrance with cut off score. Then based on Kerala rank list and allotment, only admission in possible in private medical colleges in Kerala.

The admissions to medical colleges take place through NEET whether it's a private medical college or a government. And to qualify NEET you need to have secured atleast 50 percentile if you are in General category and further proceedings take place through the councelling process.

Admissions to medical colleges in India is through Neet whether it's a private or a government college and the cut off to qualify NEET is 50th percentile for General category students and the further proceedings take place through Councelling procedure.
