Of course, yes. But on one condition.
The Degrees will be recognised only if they are for enrollment of medical practitioners in the countries from where they are obtained because the union government issued a notification under Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. It is basically to recognise the post graduate medical degrees awarded in the countries like:
Canada Australia United Kingdom The United States of America New Zealand

You must clear the USMLE to pursue your PG in medicine and further practice in USA. Take your GRE for PG in any other stream.

Dear Ashish,
In order to pursue MBBS in India, you need to score exceptionally well in the entrance exams. Cost of pursuing MBBS is affordable across all government medical colleges in India. MBBS seats are very less and competition is tough.
To pursue MBBS abroad at an affordable cost Russia, Ukraine are good options as they have government medical universities where cost of education is affordable even for a foreign student. Tuition fee per year starts from approximately 2 lakhs per annum. A word of caution: ensure you choose an MCI listed university and also enquire whether they offer English medium for MBBS.

Yes, you can but it is very difficult for international students as most of the universities are only open to domestic students. You must be a medical council of Canada exams.
