Depends on the state. You can quickly get a seat at a government college in a state like Assam. But in most other states, you can't. It would be best if you tried a private college.
If you are from Karnataka, you may or may not get a seat. The chances are 50/50.

No, MAMC doesn't provide you with the option of applying online. You have to visit the college for NEET counselling.

None are Medical Council of India-recognised. CPS Diplomas are famous and similarly, and MEDVARSITY (clinical cardiology) courses are also famous. But they are not MCI-recognised. However, Yes, medical aspirants with Primary Medical Qualifications and Medical Council of India registration can apply for a PG course after their Bachelor of Medicine, and Bachelor of Surgery degree, without appearing for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test PG exams.

According to last year data, 60000 rank for sc category was the border or almost closing rank t that too by phase-3 in Telangana. But we cannot say anything for sure as the cut off varies every year. Anyway, you have few chances. But you can easily get a seat. Or a government. Dental seat. Hope this was helpful.
