USA is far better than other countries. It has an affordable package which is starting with 35 Lacs including complete tuition fees, hostel, and food. You can get MCI exemption also. Most important specialty in the USA is free and you will be getting a minimum stipend of $40000 per year.

Check with MCI list whether college is affiliated and their degree is recognised, if MCI doesn't have the university on their list you won't be allowed to practice in India.
