MBBS is a graduation degree. In medical profession and for your stream i.e. pathologist, MBBS should be done and you need to pursue a specialisation course for the same. Moreover, you can also get into path course through lab course which requires no MBBS.

Marks required in NEET to get admission in a government college of India for MBBS are:
For general category required marks are 510-515.
For OBC category required marks are 497-507.
For SBC category required marks are 490-495.
For SC category required marks are 390.
ST category required marks are 330.
These marks are based on 2016 NEET, it may be possible that in 2017 you can find different results.

You have to score high marks in NEET exam and choose a government medical college for MBBS at low cost. If you can't score high in NEET then you can go to Russia, China, etc., to pursue MBBS at a low cost.
