You can do MCA.

If you want to make career in IT then you don't need to do MCA. Instead of Doing MCA you should do Certificate programme because you're already equal to MCA

According to Today's Companies Scenorio BCA-MCA=B.Tech

After Completion of MCA you'll consider as equivalent to B.Tech then what's the benefit of doing MCA after B.Tech.

Most colleges have a rule that the student can apply for MCA as long as she/he has passed the BCA and cleared all subjects with backlogs. But, of course, eligibility criteria are strict in certain institutions where one would need no backlogs at the time of applying or admission. Thus, the best thing to do would be to check the specific requirements of the university you are interested in for accurate guidance on this matter.
