You can do MCA after finishing BSc IT in Kuvempu University in association with NIIT. However, since the programme was done in 2012, the degree remains valid regardless of the years that Passed since completion. As a general rule, MCA programmes call for a B.Sc. in Computer Applications, Computer Science, Information Technology whereby mathematics is mandatory. Because your BSc IT course work comprises of mathematics and computer related subjects, one is eligible for an MCA. The KMAT entrance exam for MCA is completely unrelated to scholarship disbursement every month.
Most of the institutes that offer MCA have their own schemes that are based on merit-wise grants, financial ground grants, and grants based on performance in entrance tests or any other criteria of academic achievements.
