Yes, COER University accepts applications for MCA in offline mode. In order to apply offline, interested students are required to visit the university campus. The admission forms are available at the admission office. Along with the form, students must also attach scanned copies of the required academic documents. After that, they can pay the application fee of INR 1,000 to successfully apply.
