To get into the Masters in Computer Applications, candidates must have obtained a minimum aggregate of 50 per cent in the qualifying exam (45 per cent for reserved category candidates). Candidates are eligible if they have completed their education in any of the following patterns: 10 + 2 + 3 / 4 / 5 years pattern. It is mandatory to have 50% above in TANCET

Any college / university you can take. Every college & university are the best. It's on students how they can gather knowledge from them. As for the admission point of view, any graduate required to take admission in MCA level courses.
