Both NIT Bhopal and NIT Raipur accept NIMCET entrance scores for admission to the MCA course. As per NIMCET round 1 cutoff 2025, the closing rank was 339 for Bhopal and 616 for Raipur for the general category under the AI quota.

The rank is competitive and requires candidates to score well to get admission in MCA programme of RGSC. Besides, aspirants also need to pass BCA/ BIT /BTech / BSc with Computer Science as the main or ancillary subject with at least 60% aggregate (55% aggregate for reserved category) to get admission in MCA.

The total tuition fee for Rajiv Gandhi South Campus, BHU MCA programme is INR 2.7 lakh. This information is sourced from official website/ sanctioning body and is subject to change. Selected aspirants need to pay course fee at the time of admission to confirm their seat in the campus. On paying a fee of INR 2.7 lakh, MCA students can expect an average package of INR 8 lakh. Aspirants need to complete BCA/ BIT /BTech / BSc with Computer Science as the main or ancillary subject or BTech/ BE in any branch or BA/ BSc in Mathematics/ Statistics or equivalent with at least 60% aggregate to apply for MCA programme.
