I don't have proper information on whether you have given TSICET Or APICET. However, the fees for MCA depend on your rank. Depending on your rank, you may get a scholarship from the government for MCA.

No, Anand International College of Engineering focuses on the Engineer courses they don't offer MCA. However, some of the courses offered by the college are:

The University of Delhi's Department of Computer Science sets the entrance requirements for the MCA programme. The cutoff is the minimum score or overall rank an applicant must meet in order to be accepted into DU's MCA programme. Candidates who pass the CUET PG 2023 will be able to access the cutoff lists for the DU MCA 2023 through admissions lists.

Please write about the college name for better response. However the eligibility criteria of NIMCET 2023 for MCA admission is given below for an idea.
Eligibility criteria: Any UG programme of minimum 3 years with Mathematics/ Statistics as one subject with minimum 60% of marks.
So from above Mathematics/ Statistics in graduation is necessary requirement for MCA admission.
