Candidates seeking admission to the MCA course must visit the official website of the University to apply online. Registered candidates are then required to appear for the Jain Entrance Test (JET). This is an in-house entrance exam popularly conducted by the university itself for its various UG and PG courses. In order to get admission to MCA, candidates must qualify for JET. The final selection is based on the candidates' scores in JET and their performance in the Personal Interview round. 

Jain University offers MCA course for a duration of two years. This course is taught via the department of Computer Applications across three specialisations. These are Information Security integrated with Certification in CompTIA Security+, Storage and Cloud Technology integrated with Certification in CompTIA Cloud+ and Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning. All the MCA courses offered at Jain University are approved by UGC and AICTE.
