Yes, you can apply for MCA after your completion of B.Com it doesn't matter that what are your subject in your 12th, it matters upto your graduation, after that your graduation degree matters more. So, yes you can go fir MCA.

Candidates passed any Bachelor's degree of minimum 3 (three) year duration from a recognised University and Mathematics or Statistics as one of the subject at 10+2 level or graduation level are eligible to apply. Learners who took admission into MCA and did not have mathematics/statistics at 10+2 level or at graduate level have to do Certificate course in Mathematics. They have to complete it (if applicable) before taking admission to Third year of MCA. So, you can definitely apply for YCMOU.

Hello Bhawana Raheja, let me out you at ease. There is a difference between cutoff and closing ranks or percentage. Cutoff means that below this value students are not allowed to apply. Like there is cutoff of 75% marks to be scored in 12th for students seeking admission in IIT's. This means that even if a student scores very well in JEE Advanced, but has scored less than cutoff in 12th then such student will not be allowed to even apply for admission in IIT.
