The final year 3 years graduation degree examination in any discipline (Science, Commerce, Arts, Engineering or any approved University) is eligible to apply for admission in MCA postgraduate degree courses run by various universities and computer institutes. Candidates must have mathematics as a subject in their 10+2 course or any one year of graduation degree to become eligible for seeking admission in MCA. Both MCA and M.Sc are good and valuable, but you can only pursue M.Sc. If you had Science background in 12th standard. As you have already done B.Sc. You may choose M.Sc. To complete your Masters degree. Your percentage are good that allows you to take admission in good colleges.

You cannot do in most of the institutes. Few universities like Manipal allows, but only if you have a degree in computer Science or IT. Following is eligibility:
The candidate must have a Bachelors degree in Computer Applications, Computer Science or Information Technology. They should have secured not less than 50% marks in aggregate.
