It is possible to pursue a Ph.D. at MIT-ADT University's School of Education and Research without having to meet the UGC NET requirements. In spite of the fact that many Indian colleges demand the UGC NET for Ph.D. admissions, some, like MIT-ADT University, may have different requirements. Both CSIR NET and Ph.D. have their own perks. If one wants to pursue their career in lectureship than either you can get it through your NET rank or if your priority is research, then after Ph.D. you may continue with the lectureship. If a candidate is more ambitious and does not want to end up doing Ph.D. then there are more opportunities to explore I. e. Post Doctorate.
