Most of the colleges in Gujarat accepts CMAT for MCA admission. There are few more colleges, but you would have to check individually.

With an MCA degree, you can get a job in both Indian and foreign IT companies. Here are some of the jobs you may get after completing MCA Software Engineer/ Developer as a Software Engineer you are responsible for designing, developing, installing, testing and maintaining software systems.

MCA would be a better option. Admissions in MCA course is given on the basis of all India basis entrance examinations. Many top colleges and universities in India offer admission on the basis of merit list prepared as per the marks scored in the entrance test. You are a commerce student (12th) and you have not studied mathematics in 12th but you will study mathematics in graduation if you choose BCA and would be eligible for doing MCA. The course emphasizes on the latest programming languages and tools to develop better and faster applications. BCA makes a base while MCA adds a specialized touch in the subjects studied in BCA.Eligibility: Students who have done their graduation in any discipline like Science, Commerce, Arts, Engineering, BCA / BSc IT/ BSc CS from any recognized university are eligible to apply for this course

Fee structure is different for different colleges under Gujarat University, and hence CMAT may or may not be compulsory. University is very generic and has colleges under it.

It is not permissible, only three year MCA programme through valid score is acceptable. Placements have been great here and so is Brand value.

You may try Durga Devi Saraf, Aleksh Dinesh Modi, Amrut Mody, Atharva, Vidyalankar, Don Bosco, Indira Pune, as Tier two colleges for MS course. For PGDM, you can get easily at above-mentioned colleges.

CMAT is not compulsory, CMAT is only accepted in india. There maybe other exams depending on the course and country.
