I always follow one rule if the job is paying well and you are having fun doing it continue with the job and enroll in any part-time institute to do any course so you keep upgrading. If the job is not making you happy then work on changing the job but never leave it. But keep doing part time courses and keep upgrading.

If you didn't have computer science in your Bachelor's degree, then you cannot opt for MCA.

The eligibility criteria to pursue MCA is a graduation degree with mathematics as a subject in class 12th. If you had mathematics, then you can seek admission in MCA after appearing for an entrance exam.

As a graduate, you are eligible for majority of Government, PSU, Public Sector Banks and Paramilitary jobs. You may evaluate appear for entrance exams also.
