Sure. The eligibility criteria to pursue MD at SGT University Gurgaon: 

The candidate must have passed the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) programme from a recognised university with a minimum aggregate of 50% for General Category and 45% for Reserved Category and the candidate must have a valid National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) score.

A Doctor of Medicine degree represents a higher post-graduate degree for specialty training. Only medical graduates with Bachelor of Medicine, and Bachelor of Surgery degrees are eligible to pursue a Doctor of Medicine degree. Only medical graduates with Bachelor of Medicine, and Bachelor of Surgery degrees are only eligible to pursue a Doctor of Medicine degree.

VMMC presently has a better PG seats to UG seats ratio (in SJH, PGIMER RML, ESI, Hindu Rao). By taking UCMS you will although be eligible for MAMC, LHMC and of course UCMS. By taking VMMC you can not apply for above institutes (MAMC, LHMC, UCMS) and vice versa.
