The eligibility criteria for MD at Maharashtra Institute of Medical Education and Research Talegaon is: the candidate needs to have an MBBS degree or a provisional MBBS pass certificate that satisfies the requirements of the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956, which has been abolished, and the NMC Act of 2019. No, MDS graduates can't be called doctor. Usually, only people with PhD, MD or also other big doctor degree can be called doctor.

BDS is a 5 years UG dental course. You learn both theory and practical in many dental subjects like teeth anatomy, body stuff, biochemistry, disease, microbes and even clinical dentistry.
