In AIIMS, the MD fees is 6k, in government college, it is 10k, and in private institute, it is up to 15 lac.

Well, there a lot of things you need to keep in mind like the subject, your budget since MS outside india is very expensive, also language proficiency exams like IELTS/TOEFL is required also your GRE (Graduate record Exam) score should be above 320 if you want to get good college, plus you need apply at least 11-12 months before you graduate.
