Congratulation that you passed 10th grade with good percentage. Yes you are eligible for do B.Tech after Diploma. If you have interest in mechanical engineering you are required to pass Diploma course through mechanical engineering and after that you will eligible to take admission in B.Tech in 2nd year of B.Tech course.
