With 97.3 percentile if you belong to sc/st caste you will get it but in general category its somewhat difficult but try for it. Recently the college has improved a lot with respective to the placements and infra.

Yes you can apply. There are very few colleges in India admitting students in B. Des in automobile and transportation design on the basis of engineering Diploma courses. SID Pune is one of them.
