No, Saveetha Engineering College in Chennai does not offer a B.Tech. programme in Mechanical Engineering. As of my knowledge cutoff in September 2021, Saveetha Engineering College offers the following B.Tech. programs:
B.Tech. in Civil Engineering
B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering
B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering
B.Tech. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
B.Tech. in Information Technology

The total fee for 4 years for B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering at Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University is 60000rs with a one time payment of 200rs.
Besides this there are no extra charges surcharged by this university.
Also hostels for boys and girls are available here which costs extra which also includes mess facilities with charges included in hostel fees.
It has a good infrastructure as compared to the fees it is worth it.

For Joining ISRO, A candidate need to score at least 65% or 6.8 CGPA on a scale of 10 in Btech/BE programme and must be below the 35 year of age. These eligible candidate must need to take test conducted by ISRO Centralized Recruitment Board. This test include a written exam and a interview.
