The precise number of entrance exam cutoffs that will be made public for Dr. D. Y. Patil Institute of Technology's B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering programme admission. The last year 2022 cutoff ranks for BTech in Mechanical Engineering at Dr. D. Y. Patil Institute Of Technology other than General category are - 537070 for OBC, 537070 for SC, 537070 for ST, 537070 for EWS and 537070 for PWD. While the admissions are based on the scores/rank obtained in JEE exam, the last cut offs also change a lot depending on All India quota or Home State. It also varies if the applicant is a female.

Generally BE takes four years to complete and dual takes five years. Dual degree courses that are offered at BITS campuses are Msc. (Hons) Biology, Chemistry, Economics, Mathematics and Physics. The cutoff trend for BTech at IIT Gandhinagar has been increasing in the recent years. In 2021, the closing rank for BTech under General category for all India quota was 6921. In 2022, it increased to 7223. Likewise, the cut off ranks have changed from 3270 to 3215 for OBC, 1871 to 1800 for SC, 871 to 895 for ST, 1060 to 1348 for EWS. This trend is likely to continue in the coming years, as the demand for engineering education in India continues to grow. Similar cut off trend can be seen for female candidates under all categories, however, the ranks are slightly different.

Opening and Closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For the general category under All India, the opening rank was 174796 and the closing rank was 814446. Cut off are different when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even the domicile of the home state. Admission to BTech Mechanical Engineering at Bundelkhand University is based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam JEE. Applicants are advised to confirm what category are they applying for while checking for cut-offs.
